Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Seller and scope

Bookings combine accommodation, transfers and event logistics as a tourist product. Operator identity, product terms, insurance/safety and licence or guarantee details are disclosed before booking under Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР. Pre-contract information, total price, service characteristics, cancellation rules and complaint procedure are provided under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII.

2. Cancellation windows

• Over 30 days before start: refund less 10% fee and non-refundable supplier charges.
• 15–29 days: 50% refund, less non-refundable supplier charges.
• 7–14 days: 25% refund, less non-refundable supplier charges.
• Under 7 days or no-show: no refund, except mandatory law.

Accommodation and transfer charges are refunded only if the supplier refunds us; non-refundable amounts are deducted.

3. Refund method

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Booking details and proof of payment may be required. Statutory rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX are unaffected.

4. Festival or logistics changes

If we materially change date, venue, accommodation standard or transport, or cancel the affected component, you may choose an equivalent replacement or a full refund for that component. Force majeure and statutory rules apply.

5. Complaints and remedies

Send complaints to contact@klymorax.com or +380 737 331 5675 with your booking reference. We acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to decide within 14 calendar days. You retain the right to legal remedies under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX.
