2. What data we collect

• Contact data: name, email address, phone number.
• Booking data: selected service, dates, number of travellers, special requests.
• Payment data: transaction reference and status; card details are handled by the payment provider.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, cookie identifiers.

3. Purposes and lawful basis

We process data to conclude and perform the contract for the services you select (Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII), to manage bookings and payments, to answer enquiries and complaints, to meet legal obligations, and, with your consent, for marketing and for non-essential cookies. Consent is informed and specific and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Sharing and storage

Data may be shared with accommodation, transfer and other service providers, payment processors and IT hosting providers acting on our instructions. We retain data only as long as needed for the booking, for statutory accounting periods, or for the purpose of processing. We apply technical and organisational safeguards against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent. Send requests to contact@klymorax.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

6. Cookies

Non-essential cookies that process personal data are set only after your prior informed consent. You can reject them in the cookie notice and still use the website.
