An independent trip organizer, not a ticket seller

We assemble festival travel packages from Lviv and Kyiv: group coach seats, fixed accommodation, campsite check-in and a late return shuttle at 02:30. The festival ticket and personal spending stay outside the package, so every enquiry starts with logistics.

Tell us the edition, your group size and bed preference in the form. We reply within one working day with a written breakdown: nights, beds per room, coach seats and the leader ratio for your group.

  • Editions and dates where capacity is still open
  • Accommodation tier and the price difference per person
  • Departure city, seat count and transfer times

Document questions go by phone on +380 737 331 5675; trip requests go through the form.
