1. Seller and organizer identity

Festival travel packages are sold by klymorax.com, a sole proprietor (PE) registered in Ukraine, EDRPOU 11923508, at 24 Kniazia Romana St, Business Center Lviv, Lviv, 79005, Ukraine. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official agent of any festival organizer unless stated in writing.

2. Packages, prices and availability

Packages may include accommodation, transfers and event logistics as listed at checkout. Inclusions, exclusions, total price, fees, currency, age requirements and traveler responsibilities are shown before payment. Availability may change until confirmation. Promotional claims are identifiable, accurate and substantiated under Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР.

3. Pre-contract information

Before purchase we provide service characteristics, total price, cancellation/refund rules, complaint procedure and contact details under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII. For tourist products we disclose operator/agent identity, tour product terms, insurance/safety information and applicable licence or financial guarantee details under Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР.

4. Changes, cancellation and complaints

Event dates, line-ups and logistics may change. We will notify you of material changes and offer alternatives or refunds where required. Cancellation/refund rules are shown before booking. 5. Privacy, cookies and sanctions
