Age Policy

1. Who may book

Bookings may be placed only by a person aged 18 or older with full legal capacity. By submitting a booking you confirm that you are 18 or older and that your details are accurate. We may request proof of age and may cancel a booking made by a minor.

2. Travellers under 18

A traveller under 18 may travel only with a parent or legal guardian, or with an adult authorised in writing by them. The written consent names the accompanying adult and the travel dates and is presented on request. Supplier minimum-age limits are shown before you confirm the booking.

3. Alcohol

Alcohol is not sold or served to anyone under 18. Purchase, supply or consumption of alcohol by minors is prohibited; staff may refuse service and request identification.

4. Marketing to minors

We do not direct personalised advertising or profiling to minors. Where a user's age is unknown, their personal data is not used for personalised marketing without informed, specific consent.

5. Legal basis

This policy applies together with Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX, Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII, Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3627-IX, Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР and Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР.
